Throughout the past 15 years and stages of life, I have weaved yoga and several disciplines from western and eastern medicine into my parenting style, corporate career and personal wellness plan. As a Yoga NH and Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy graduate, my passion is the power couple of the science of our body systems and yoga philosophy. Like many moms, I’m also a juggler working full time in Project Management in the corporate world, have two growing daughters (8 & 13) and two pups. All doing our best to live it up being healthy and happy.
