Join us for a super fun 45 minute class for expecting and new mom! Stay active, increase energy, improve your posture, & meet new friends. The basics of ballet are fuzed with yoga, pilates and barre fitness for a fun way to tone, strengthen, and prepare the body for motherhood...and to meet other mamas too! Participants use a yoga mat during a portion of class to help with core exercises and balance.
