The Emotional Eating Series takes place every Friday evening, 6:30 to 8:00pm, beginning October 12th and ending November 6th.
Do you have any of the following?
-Cravings (chocolate, sweets, chips, pizza)
-Diets only getting temporary results
-Mindless eating when you’re not even hungry
-Rebelling against the experts’ advice
-Having to clear your plate at every meal
-Fear of hunger or deprivation
-Keeping weight on to feel safe
The way we eat is directly related to our emotions. We often use food to recreate pleasurable times or to distract from stress and boredom. Life can be tough, and for most of us, food is a go-to source of temporary relief. A reprieve of sorts.
But at some point, enough is enough.
If you’re ready to stop feeding your emotions and start nurturing your body, this class is for you.
Together we will explore tricks and processes that directly address the emotional reasons we eat like we do. Allowing us to find both emotional peace AND physical well-being.
Systematically addressing the 7 main triggers to poor eating habits and clearing them for good.
Join us on September 28 at 6:30pm to experience an exercise designed to obliterate food cravings and learn more about a 6-week program designed to undo emotional eating patterns so you can get long term results. At The River Guild in Concord NH.
Cost of intro class: $10
