The most effective way to have our minds come to rest for us to completely enjoy the yoga nidra experience is to offer the body movement first. Once the physical body has been recognized and energy released it is so much easier to rest into the stillness of yoga nidra. Please join me for an asana practice prior to the Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra. Release holiday stress and come to the peace love and joy that this holiday season has to offer with an open and joyful heart. There will be time for reflection and sharing at the conclusion of our program.
