Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? Come kick anxiety’s asana with us! Weather you have been officially diagnosed, are prone to stress, are currently overwhelmed, or just want to chill out in general, this class has a bit of something for anyone looking to find more balance in their life. This class is led by a master’s level clinician and is specifically designed to help students feel more grounded, calm, and confident. It utilizes asanas specifically hand-sequenced to combat stress and anxiety as well as mindfulness training to help students identify and reframe their worries. Expect this class to be a blend of mindfulness techniques, relaxing poses, as well as energy releasing flows. Offered in a trauma informed, compassionate and inviting environment.
