metabolizing your food efficiently. It could also be that your hormones – insulin
and cortisol – are out of whack because of stress? Perhaps, your less than happy
mood is at the root of cravings for starchy, processed carbs. Learn ways that will
lead to a healthier you and may even help you to trim those pounds off.
The presentation begins with a three-minute guided meditation, followed by the
topic presentation. As a participant, you are encouraged to ask questions, share,
and engage in discussion to get the most out of this opportunity. The session will
close with a "Call to Action" - you will be encouraged to pick one thing that will
help you to begin this process of a holistic approach to eating for weight loss and
to maintain health.
I enjoyed a successful career as an RN, and in my role as a Holistic Health Coach, I
bring these skills, along with additional education, certification and experience in
holistic health including certification as a Reiki Master Teacher and 20 + years’
experience with holistic health modalities including Therapeutic Touch, Energy of
Life Process, and Meditation
