Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra preceded by a full asana practice is the most extraordinary way to experience a practice. During these two hours you will have a basic introduction into what Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is and why it is so beneficial. A gentle asana practice prior to the glorious and most loved of all poses for deep mental physical emotional and spiritual rest, shavasana. You will want to bring a small pillow, yoga mat, eye pillow or scarf and at least one blanket. The River Guild also has props that you can use if you forget or don’t have these available. For anyone who has difficulty lying on the floor we have a limited number of zero balance recliners for use. Please pre register online with the River Guild.
