This class takes place every 3rd Thursday of the month, from 6 to 7pm, beginning September 20th.
Group meditation classes designed for anybody looking to get rooted by beginning or continuing to develop a meditation practice. A variety of techniques will be discussed and incorporated so participants find ways to access the progressive quieting of the mind & open up to universal flow.
The group’s goal is to invite people to take a time out for self care and (re)connect with the infinite power and wisdom that exists within. Participants are encouraged to have fun with their practice and to find ways to incorporate it into their daily lives.
Tami is a meditation student. After struggling with meditation and upon a friend’s recommendation, she found a style that worked for her and discovered the she wasn’t doing anything wrong; she was simply trying too hard. Tami is Reiki 1 certified and is a proponent for physical, mental, emotional & spiritual health.
