Teacher: Tami Webster
This class takes place every 3rd Thursday of the month, from 6 to 7pm, beginning September 20th. This class will be held every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month beginning on February 7th.
Group meditation classes designed for anybody looking to get rooted by beginning or continuing to develop a meditation practice. A variety of techniques will be discussed and incorporated so participants find ways to access the progressive quieting of the mind & open up to universal flow.
The group’s goal is to invite people to take a time out for self care and (re)connect with the infinite power and wisdom that exists within. Participants are encouraged to have fun developing their own practice and to find ways to incorporate it into their daily lives.
